¿Te apasiona la prevención de fraude y quieres tener un rol clave en la seguridad de transacciones digitales?

Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Oficial de Monitoreo y Prevención de Fraude quien será responsable de supervisar y fortalecer el monitoreo de transacciones electrónicas, así como liderar estrategias de prevención en canales digitales.

🧩 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de monitorear, analizar y mitigar riesgos de fraude en transacciones realizadas a través de:

  • Tarjetas de crédito
  • Puntos de venta (POS)
  • E-commerce
  • Banca en línea y móvil

Además, tendrás un rol clave en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y supervisión del equipo de analistas.

🔍 Principales responsabilidades:

  • Monitorear y gestionar alertas de fraude en diferentes canales electrónicos.
  • Administrar y optimizar herramientas como Visa Risk Manager y sus derivados.
  • Diseñar, ajustar y evaluar reglas de monitoreo.
  • Generar y analizar reportes de fraude de marcas (Visa y Mastercard)
  • Liderar y supervisar analistas de fraude
  • Participar en investigaciones internas y externas
  • Dar seguimiento a programas de alto riesgo (ej. Visa Integrity Risk Program)
  • Apoyar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos

Requisitos

✅ Requisitos:

  • Preferiblemente con estudios universitarios en Banca Finanzas, Sistemas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia sólida en monitoreo de fraude y medios de pago
  • Conocimiento en emisión de tarjetas de crédito y adquirencia (afiliación de comercios)
  • Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo de fraude (indispensable Visa y Mastercard)
  • Dominio de Excel y herramientas de análisis (ideal Power BI)
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado (participación en proyectos con clientes internacionales)
  • Perfil analítico, ágil y orientado a resultados
  • Experiencia liderando personal
