Som Teknisk förvaltare hos oss har du ett spännande och övergripande ansvar för de system och lösningar som Tutus driftar ute hos våra kunder. Du tar ett fullt förvaltningsansvar för systemens hela livscykel och säkerställer att de levererar maximalt värde, stabilitet och säkerhet.

I denna roll fungerar du som den naturliga bryggan mellan kunden och våra interna tekniska team. Du kommer att arbeta i nära samarbete med flera avdelningar på Tutus för att säkerställa att kundens behov omsätts i säkra och effektiva tekniska leveranser.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda och ansvara för den fulla tekniska förvaltningen av kundplacerade system, från överlämning till kontinuerlig drift och avveckling
  • Agera huvudkontakt gentemot kund gällande systemens tekniska status, prestanda och livscykelplanering
  • Planera, koordinera och följa upp underhåll, uppgraderingar och patchning i samråd med Driftorganisationen
  • Arbeta proaktivt med kapacitetsplanering, livscykelhantering och säkerställande av att SLA:er och säkerhetskrav efterlevs
  • Fånga upp nya behov hos kunden och driva vidareutveckling av systemen tillsammans med våra integrations- och projektteam.

Din kompetens

Vi söker dig som har en stark teknisk grundförståelse och som trivs i en koordinerande roll där du får ta ett stort ägandeskap. Du är van vid att verka i miljöer med höga krav på IT-säkerhet och informationshantering.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Flerårig erfarenhet av teknisk systemförvaltning, IT-leverans eller motsvarande roll
  • God generell förståelse för IT-infrastruktur (driftsmiljöer, nätverk, integrationer) för att kunna föra en initierad dialog med både tekniker och kravställare
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta processorienterat enligt etablerade ramverk för förvaltning och service management (t.ex. ITIL eller PM3)
  • Vana vid att hantera kundrelationer och agera rådgivande i tekniska frågor
  • Kunskap kring säkerhetsramverk och mognadsmodeller för IT-säkerhet är starkt meriterande.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

För att lyckas i rollen är du en utpräglad relationsbyggare som är trygg i din kommunikation, både strategiskt och tekniskt. Du är strukturerad, självgående och har en stark ansvarskänsla för dina leveranser. Eftersom rollen innebär att balansera kundens behov med våra interna tekniska resurser krävs det att du är diplomatisk, lösningsorienterad och har en god affärsmässig förståelse.

Vi är ett office-first bolag där samarbete och korta beslutsvägar är en del av vår vardag. Samtidigt finns vissa möjligheter till att jobba remote när rollen och uppdraget tillåter det.

En anställning hos oss är placerad i säkerhetsklass och säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll kommer därför att genomföras vid anställning i enlighet med 3 kap. säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585).
