O Grupo CRH está buscando Analista de Marketing Sênior! Se você possui experiência em marketing digital e marketing imobiliário, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

Como será o seu dia a dia • Desenvolver e acompanhar estratégias de branding e campanhas para os bairros e empreendimentos do Grupo CRH, desde a concepção até a implementação; • Desenvolver estratégias para redes sociais, blogs e plataformas de vídeo, visando ampliar o engajamento e a visibilidade dos empreendimentos; • Acompanhar a presença digital do Grupo CRH, incluindo sites, landing pages, redes sociais, avaliações e canais de comunicação, em conjunto com a equipe de Marketing; • Implementar iniciativas de CRM, gerenciando ações de fidelização e comunicação direta com os clientes; • Acompanhar o trabalho da assessoria de imprensa, garantindo a distribuição adequada das informações do Grupo CRH; • Pesquisar e implementar novas iniciativas de marketing, buscando melhorar os resultados das ações; • Apoiar a execução de eventos comerciais de lançamento e entrega de empreendimentos, em conjunto com a equipe de Marketing.

Requisitos obrigatórios • Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência em Marketing Digital ou Marketing Imobiliário;

Conhecimentos técnicos desejáveis • Conhecimento em Pacote Office; • Excel intermediário; • Conhecimento em Sienge e RD Station; • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e marketing digital.
