Missão

Planejar e executar estratégias de conteúdo orientadas por dados para gerar demanda, integrando times e plataformas como HubSpot, e garantindo o sucesso de campanhas e lançamentos por meio de comunicação alinhada, eficiente e centrada no cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Criar e executar estratégias de conteúdo com foco em geração de demanda;
  • Trabalhar com times de produto, mídia e vendas para campanhas integradas;
  • HubSpot: Operar e otimizar fluxos e automações no HubSpot;
  • Data-Driven: definir, monitorar e reportar métricas de sucesso;
  • Go-to-Market: planejar e executar a comunicação de novas funcionalidades e campanhas — desde o alinhamento entre áreas até a criação de conteúdos que reforcem valor e impulsionem a adoção pelos clientes e usuários.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia em startups ou SaaS B2B;
  • Sólido background em copywriting e conteúdo estratégico;
  • Vivência com HubSpot e automações;
  • Perfil dinâmico, proativo e com boa capacidade de organização;
  • Entendimento profundo de GTM;
  • Domínio prático de IA no dia a dia, com capacidade de criar automações e fluxos que otimizem a produção de conteúdo e processos de marketing;
  • Espanhol avançado ou fluente (Diferencial);
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas avançadas de IA e orquestração de fluxos (Diferencial).
