Principais Responsabilidades

1. Gestão de Campanhas

  • Planejar, executar e acompanhar campanhas de tráfego pago (Ads), inbound marketing e redes sociais.
  • Garantir a performance das campanhas com foco em geração de leads e ROI.

2. Liderança de Equipe

  • Coordenar o time interno (designers, copywriters e analistas).
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento e entregas de agências parceiras.
  • Garantir alinhamento, produtividade e qualidade das entregas.

3. Análise de Dados e Performance

  • Monitorar indicadores de marketing (CAC, LTV, ROAS, taxas de conversão).
  • Elaborar e apresentar relatórios gerenciais e insights para a diretoria.
  • Tomar decisões orientadas por dados.

4. Estratégia de Conteúdo

  • Supervisionar o calendário editorial.
  • Garantir consistência da comunicação e posicionamento da marca em todos os canais.

5. Interface com Vendas (SMarketing)

  • Atuar em conjunto com o time comercial para garantir qualidade e volume de leads.
  • Alinhar estratégias entre marketing e vendas.

6. Gestão de Orçamento

  • Controlar o budget de marketing.
  • Otimizar a alocação de recursos visando maximizar resultados.

7. Eventos e Branding

  • Planejar e coordenar a participação da empresa em eventos do setor.
  • Apoiar estratégias de branding e relacionamento com o mercado.

8. Gestão de Processos

  • Desenvolver e otimizar fluxos de trabalho (SLA) entre marketing e demais áreas (Vendas, Produto, CS).
  • Garantir eficiência, organização e cumprimento de prazos.

9. Benchmarking e Inteligência de Mercado

  • Monitorar concorrência e tendências do setor.
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de aquisição e posicionamento.

Requisitos do Cargo

Formação

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação será considerada diferencial.

Experiência

  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência na área de marketing.
  • Vivência sólida em gestão de campanhas, projetos e/ou equipes.
