Are you passionate about online advertising and new technologies? Join an international team providing technical support to advertisers on major social media platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone.
  • Convert email and chat inquiries into outbound calls to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Assist advertisers with post-sales inquiries and troubleshooting related to advertising tools and services.
  • Identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
  • Work with multiple tools and platforms to ensure seamless support.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (C2) and English (B2 and higher), written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus BUT NOT obligatory.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and provide clear guidance.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently across chat, email, and phone.
  • Work Eligibility: Valid work authorization for Portugal.
