The posting

Are you fluent in Ukrainian and English, passionate about technology, and interested in digital advertising? Join an international team in Lisbon and help businesses get the most out of leading social media advertising platforms.

The Role

As an Advertisers Support Specialist, you'll support small and medium-sized businesses and advertising agencies with their products, tools and advertising campaigns.

You'll:

  • Support customers via chat, email and outbound calls
  • Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues
  • Guide advertisers through platform features and tools
  • Identify recurring issues and report bugs
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in Ukrainian & English

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent Ukrainian
  • English B2+ (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, adaptable and comfortable multitasking
  • Interest in technology, social media and online advertising
  • Previous customer/technical support experience is a plus, but not required
  • EU ID, valid Portuguese Residence Permit or Temporary Protection Certificate required
