We are looking for an English-speaking technical support professional to join our growing customer support team in Lisbon. In this role you will be the go-to expert for users of AI-powered software, integrations and platforms. You will troubleshoot their issues, work with Product and Engineering teams, and help shape how the products evolve.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line and escalated technical support to English-speaking customers via chat, email and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues with AI-powered software, integrations and platform features
  • Diagnose and reproduce bugs, and work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve them
  • Build and improve the internal knowledge base and customer FAQs
  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) and meet SLA targets
  • Guide customers on product features, workarounds and best practices
  • Spot trends in customer feedback and flag product improvement opportunities

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Proven experience in technical support, tech support or IT helpdesk
  • Valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal
  • Based in Lisbon or able to relocate immediately
  • Available to start ASAP

Essential skills

  • Fluent/native English, written and spoken (C1 or higher)
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRMs and support software
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly in writing

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting AI, SaaS or tech products
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or similar
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
  • Portuguese language skills
