Suas responsabilidades:

  • Atender aos padrões de qualidade e de tempo de resposta definidos pela equipe
  • Manter a calma e a cordialidade com clientes insatisfeitos
  • Dar retorno sobre os casos em aberto para que os clientes não fiquem esperando
  • Lidar com questões de cobrança e de conta com cuidado e precisão

Requisitos:

  • Fluente em português
  • Bom inglês para ferramentas internas e documentação escrita
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática e confiança com ferramentas on-line
  • Facilidade para aprender rapidamente novos sistemas internos
  • Atenção aos detalhes e registros precisos
  • Elegível para trabalhar na Grécia (cidadania da UE, autorização de trabalho válida ou certificado de proteção a refugiados)
