En tant que Chargé(e) de Clientèle niveau I, vous êtes le premier point de contact des clients francophones de notre client. Sur une ligne d'appels entrants (inbound), vous prenez en charge les appels, répondez aux questions et traitez les demandes des clients, tout en identifiant les opportunités de leur proposer les produits et services adaptés à leurs besoins.

Il s'agit d'un poste de service client en réception d'appels avec une dimension commerciale, rattaché à un projet banque/assurances basé à Porto. Le travail s'effectue entièrement sur site, au sein d'une équipe soudée, avec une formation rémunérée prévue dès votre intégration afin que vous soyez pleinement opérationnel(le) dès le départ.

Aucune expérience préalable n'est exigée : ce qui compte avant tout, c'est un excellent niveau de français à l'oral, le sens du client et une réelle envie d'aider les personnes au téléphone.

Vos missions

  • Réceptionner et traiter les appels entrants des clients francophones
  • Répondre aux questions et apporter des solutions adaptées à chaque demande
  • Assurer un service client de qualité et garantir la satisfaction des clients
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les produits et services appropriés (vente additionnelle sur appels entrants)
  • Assurer le suivi et la saisie des dossiers dans les outils informatiques
  • Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs qualitatifs et commerciaux de l'équipe

Profil recherché

  • Français natif ou quasi natif (niveau C2), à l'oral comme à l'écrit — indispensable, car vous échangez chaque jour au téléphone avec des clients français
  • Aisance téléphonique, élocution claire et professionnelle
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et d'écoute active, avec un véritable sens du service client
  • Intérêt ou aptitude pour la vente, le poste comportant une dimension commerciale (inbound)
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site à Porto du lundi au samedi selon les horaires prévus
  • Documents nécessaires pour travailler au Portugal prêts et en règle, afin de pouvoir débuter rapidement
  • Aucune expérience préalable exigée — une formation rémunérée est assurée
