Chinese-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Chinese-speaking (simplified) Customer Service Representatives to join an international team based in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking an international career with full relocation support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Chinese
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and follow company procedures
  • Work collaboratively in a multicultural environment

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Chinese
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
