Votre rôle

En tant que Conseiller Client Francophone, vous serez le premier point de contact de nos clients et leur offrirez un support de qualité par téléphone, e-mail et chat.

  • Accompagner les clients francophones dans leurs demandes, commandes et dépannages
  • Apporter des solutions claires et empathiques pour garantir une satisfaction client élevée
  • Documenter chaque interaction avec précision dans notre CRM
  • Collaborer étroitement avec votre équipe pour améliorer en continu l'expérience client

Votre profil

  • Français natif ou quasi natif (niveau C1/C2)
  • Anglais courant (niveau B2 minimum) pour la communication interne et la formation
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes
  • Un état d'esprit positif et une vraie passion pour aider les autres
  • Droit de travailler dans l'UE ou éligibilité à un permis de travail portugais
