  • Nous recherchons des francophones qui aiment la technologie, sont passionnés par les solutions numériques pour la santé et curieux des applications et outils innovants qui aident les professionnels de santé à travailler plus efficacement.

Vous fournirez un support pour un service client francophone de premier plan qui aide les professionnels de santé à gérer efficacement les rendez-vous et les interactions avec leurs patients.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Fournir une assistance téléphonique aux professionnels de santé – les aider à utiliser notre logiciel en répondant aux demandes entrantes et en les contactant de manière proactive si nécessaire.
  • Former les utilisateurs à nos services – organiser des sessions de formation téléphonique pour garantir que les clients comprennent et utilisent efficacement notre plateforme.
  • Traiter les demandes par e-mail efficacement – assurer des réponses rapides et précises à tous les e-mails des clients.
  • Conseiller et soutenir les clients – répondre aux questions et fournir des recommandations sur nos produits et services.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes – travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et produit pour garantir la satisfaction complète des clients.

Nos attentes :

  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral et à l'écrit – niveau minimum C2
  • Être candidat local ou prêt à déménager à Braga
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à gérer des demandes clients plus complexes

Principales conditions :

  • Contrat à temps plein (selon la législation portugaise)
  • Poste en mode hybride – travail au bureau et à distance
  • Assurance santé privée dès le premier jour
  • Horaires : lundi - vendredi, 07:00-17:30 (8h/jour, 40h/semaine)
