Conseiller Clientèle Francophone à Guimarães : CDI dès le premier jour | Formation rémunérée

Vos Missions

  • Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes avec les clients, avec clarté et professionnalisme (appels et back-office)
  • Accompagner les clients, répondre à leurs demandes et traiter les objections avec aisance
  • Utiliser différents outils et logiciels numériques pour gérer les dossiers clients
  • Proposer des solutions adaptées en faisant preuve de sens commercial selon les objectifs du projet

Profil Recherché

  • Niveau C1/C2 en français (écrit et oral) : obligatoire
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, attitude proactive et esprit d'équipe
  • Disponibilité pour 40 heures par semaine en horaires rotatifs, du lundi au samedi, entre 7h30 et 18h00
  • Possibilité de travailler sur site à Guimarães
  • Une première expérience en service client ou en centre d'appels est un vrai plus
