Nous recrutons des conseillers clientèle francophones pour renforcer notre centre de relation client basé à Guimarães.

Missions principales

  • Traiter les demandes des clients francophones par téléphone, e-mail et chat
  • Apporter des réponses claires et adaptées sur les produits et services
  • Résoudre les réclamations et assurer le suivi des dossiers clients
  • Saisir et mettre à jour les informations dans l'outil CRM
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients
  • Respecter les indicateurs de qualité et de performance (KPI)

Profil recherché

  • Français courant ou langue maternelle (oral et écrit), niveau C1 minimum
  • Première expérience en service client, relation client, centre d'appels ou vente appréciée
  • Débutants acceptés : formation complète assurée
  • Excellent sens de l'écoute, de la communication et du service
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (CRM, Pack Office)
  • Disponibilité pour s'installer à Guimarães ou à proximité (Braga, Porto)
