Un bon service client est la réputation de cette équipe, et vous contribuerez à maintenir ce niveau d'exigence. Vous prendrez en charge les demandes courantes de bout en bout et ne ferez remonter que lorsque c'est vraiment nécessaire.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Suivre vos propres scores de qualité et tenir compte des retours
  • Faire confirmer chaque solution par le client avant de clore un dossier
  • Traiter avec soin et précision les questions de facturation et de compte
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers ouverts pour que les clients ne restent pas sans réponse

Exigences :

  • Maîtrise du français
  • Bon anglais pour les outils internes et la documentation écrite
  • Une expérience préalable du contact client est un atout, sans être obligatoire
  • Bonnes compétences informatiques de base et aisance avec les outils en ligne
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systèmes internes
  • Un espace de travail calme et une connexion internet fiable pour le travail à distance
  • Éligible à travailler en Grèce (citoyenneté de l'UE, permis de travail valide ou certificat de protection pour réfugiés)
