Per l'ampliamento dei nostri team a Lisbona, selezioniamo Customer Advisor di lingua italiana per diversi progetti internazionali nei settori e-commerce, tecnologia, streaming, viaggi e servizi finanziari. In base al tuo profilo e alle intake disponibili, ti proporremo il progetto più adatto, con date di inizio flessibili nel corso dell'anno.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Assistere i clienti italiani tramite telefono, e-mail e chat
  • Gestire richieste su ordini, account, prodotti e servizi
  • Risolvere le problematiche in modo chiaro, professionale ed empatico
  • Documentare le interazioni nei sistemi CRM aziendali
  • Collaborare con il team per garantire la qualità del servizio

Requisiti

  • Italiano madrelingua o livello C1/C2
  • Inglese B2 per la comunicazione interna e la formazione
  • Cittadinanza UE o permesso di lavoro valido per il Portogallo
  • Buone capacità comunicative, precisione e orientamento al cliente
  • Nessuna esperienza precedente richiesta: la motivazione fa la differenza
