Sarete il primo punto di contatto per i clienti, garantendo un'assistenza di alta qualità grazie alla vostra comunicativa e orientamento alla soluzione — dalla nostra sede di Atene o comodamente da casa vostra.

Le vostre responsabilità

  • Gestione professionale delle richieste dei clienti in italiano tramite telefono, e-mail e chat
  • Risoluzione rapida ed efficace di problemi e reclami
  • Documentazione accurata di tutte le interazioni nel sistema CRM
  • Contributo attivo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di team e degli standard qualitativi

Il vostro profilo

  • Italiano madrelingua o livello C1/C2 — requisito indispensabile
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (minimo B2)
  • Spiccate capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente
  • Approccio autonomo e strutturato al lavoro — fondamentale per la modalità remote
  • Per il lavoro da casa: connessione internet stabile e ambiente di lavoro tranquillo
