Customer Engagement Associate – Russian-speaking

Job Details

  • Location: Bucharest, Romania
  • Work Mode: On-site
  • Language: Russian (fluent/native)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: 3 shifts in monthly rotation 5 working days with 2 days off Working days may include weekends and public holidays Work intervals of 1.5 to maximum 2 hours, followed by a 30-minute break

Job Description

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Customer Engagement Associate to join an international team based in Bucharest.

The role focuses on engaging with customers and delivering a positive, professional experience through clear and effective communication.

Full job responsibilities and project details will be shared directly with shortlisted candidates.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Russian.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customer-focused mindset and professional attitude.
