Your Mission

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure German-speaking clients get the most value from our services while enjoying a seamless experience.

Working fully remote from Bulgaria, youll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, solving challenges, guiding clients, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and a flexible remote work environment.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients.
  • Guide clients to maximize the value of our services.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Track client satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

What You Bring

  • Fluent German (written and spoken).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative personality.
