Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, 09:00 bis 18:00 Uhr. Wochenenden sind fest frei!

Erfahrung: Mit oder ohne vorherige Erfahrung im Contact Center

Cross Border Talents sucht deutschsprachige Kandidaten (C1-Niveau oder höher) für unseren Kunden, ein amerikanisches multinationales IT-Beratungs- und Outsourcing-Unternehmen. Werden Sie Teil des Teams als Legal Operation Analyst (eine Content-Review-Rolle) in Santos, Lissabon (zentral gelegen mit ausgezeichneter Verkehrsanbindung). Dies ist eine Vor-Ort-Position mit festen Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag. Keine Vorerfahrung im Contact Center erforderlich, was diese Stelle sowohl für Berufseinsteiger als auch für erfahrene Kandidaten attraktiv macht.



Hauptaufgaben:

- Bearbeitung und Prüfung eingehender juristischer Anfragen mit hoher Genauigkeit und Effizienz.

- Umgang mit Anfragen zu Datenschutzansprüchen, Verleumdung, Betrug und Fälschung.

- Sicherstellung eines umfassenden Verständnisses der Kundenrichtlinien und -vorgaben.

- Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards und vorgegebener Bearbeitungszeiten.

- Backoffice-Tätigkeit ohne direkte Kundeninteraktion.

Anforderungen:

- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau oder höher (schriftlich und mündlich).

- Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau oder höher (schriftlich und mündlich).

- Effiziente Arbeitsweise in einem strukturierten Umfeld.

- Hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit und analytische Fähigkeiten.

- Keine vorherige Erfahrung in der Inhaltsmoderation erforderlich (bis zu 12 Monate sind von Vorteil).
