What you'll be doing:

  • Resolve queries related to digital ad campaigns, billing, and account management
  • Provide personalized support and optimization tips
  • Communicate with advertisers through chat and email

To qualify, you need:

  • C1 English and either a Marketing degree or proven digital ads experience
  • Local residency in Lisbon (relocation not included)
  • EU work eligibility and readiness to work in shifts onsite
