What You'll Do

  • Provide first-class customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and/or email
  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting
  • Represent an international brand with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multilingual team on-site in Lisbon

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon (hybrid after training)
  • No previous experience required — training provided!
