What You'll Be Doing:

* Be the go-to advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions

* Support customers before and after their purchases through **chat, email, and phone**

* Help clients unlock the full potential of self-service advertising tools

* Share expert product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction (CSAT)

* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care

* Champion a customer-first mindset in every interaction

What Were Looking For:

- Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written

- Already living in Lisbon this is an on-site role, no relocation support is available

- A natural communicator with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills

- Independent and resourceful, but also a great team player

- Resilient and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment

- Comfortable handling confidential information

- Eager to learn and master new tools and platforms

- Holder of an EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card in a ready form

Work Location: On-site in Lisbon (modern office near Entrecampos)

Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break, rotational between 06.00 and 00.00(weekends & holidays included)

Time Off: 22 vacation days per year + compensation for public holidays worked
