Junior English-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Are you passionate about technology and looking for an international opportunity in Portugal?

We are currently looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join the team of one of our leading BPO clients.

Relocation possible from other countries On-site position Rotating shifts – 24/7 project

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support across multiple channels
  • Assist customers with billing and invoicing enquiries
  • Troubleshoot account access issues
  • Guide and support customers in using the client's products
  • Provide timely and high-quality solutions
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Tech Support or being tech-savvy with an ethusiasm for AI is a must
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A customer-oriented and professional attitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
