Estamos recrutando falantes de português para uma função que combina suporte do dia a dia com solução real de problemas em Atenas. Data de início: 19 Outubro 2026.

Há dias com pedidos rápidos e simples e outros que exigem investigação cuidadosa e acompanhamento paciente. A função valoriza a paciência, a linguagem clara e um tom calmo, mesmo quando a pessoa está frustrada.

Suas responsabilidades:

  • Resolver questões do dia a dia sem transferências desnecessárias
  • Responder a dúvidas sobre produtos, pedidos e contas
  • Dar retorno sobre os casos em aberto para que os clientes não fiquem esperando
  • Lidar com questões de cobrança e de conta com cuidado e precisão

Requisitos:

  • Fluente em português
  • Bom inglês para ferramentas internas e documentação escrita
  • Comunicação clara e profissional, tanto escrita quanto falada
  • Disponibilidade para cumprir a escala de turnos definida para a equipe
  • Experiência prévia no atendimento ao cliente é um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória
  • Elegível para trabalhar na Grécia (cidadania da UE, autorização de trabalho válida ou certificado de proteção a refugiados)
