The posting

Are you fluent in French and ready for an international career? Join a global customer experience team, work from home, and enjoy life in Greece.

The role

You will help French-speaking customers by phone, email and/or chat. You will resolve their questions quickly and make sure every customer has a positive experience.

What you'll do

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally across phone, email and chat
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Record every interaction accurately in internal systems
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  • Represent the brand positively and keep customers satisfied

What we're looking for

  • Fluent French (C1 or higher)
  • Good English (B2 or higher)
  • EU citizenship or valid EU work authorisation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Basic computer skills

Work from home – how it works

  • Relocating to Greece: you will work from home in Athens
  • Already living in Greece: you can work from home anywhere in the country
