The posting

We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join a leading international airline project based in Malta. If you're passionate about customer service and want to grow within the aviation industry, this is a fantastic opportunity!

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist passengers with bookings, changes, and travel-related queries
  • Provide professional and efficient customer support in German and English
  • Deliver excellent service while meeting performance targets

Requirements

  • German: C2 level (Native/Fluent)
  • English: C1 level
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be currently residing in Malta (local candidates only)
  • EU passport or valid Malta work permit required
  • Note: Ex-employees are not eligible

Location

  • Malta (On-site at Centrecom)

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Rate Progression:

  • Month 1: €5.60/hour
  • Month 2: €8.10/hour
  • After probation: €8.50/hour
  • After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based)
  • After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits:

  • Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (after 6 months)
  • Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
  • Relocation Allowance: €2,000 (after 1 month)

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shifts between 09:00 – 18:30
  • 8-hour shifts
