Work from a modern office in Athens or Thessaloniki, or remotely in selected teams. Either way, you'll build an international career with real room to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first voice: handle inbound calls, emails and chats with professionalism and empathy
  • Fix what's broken: troubleshoot products, devices, apps and digital services
  • Sort the details: help with account, billing, payment, order and delivery questions
  • Make things right: process refunds, cancellations, modifications and claims
  • Grow the business: in sales-focused teams, spot upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities and keep customers loyal
  • Own the outcome: escalate complex cases and follow up until they're resolved
  • Keep it clean: log every interaction accurately in the CRM, including tools like Salesforce

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Speak German at native or C1 level, with English at B2 or higher
  • Are comfortable with PCs and can switch between several tools with ease
  • Love solving problems and putting customers first
  • Communicate clearly, both spoken and written
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Type at 25+ WPM
  • Have customer service, tech support or sales experience. That's a plus, but not required for every position.
