The posting

Are you an Italian speaker with an eye for detail looking for a new project in picturesque Lisbon, Portugal? We've got a project matching these requirements!

Location: Lisbon (Porto Salvo), Portugal

Start Date: 26 June 2025

Full-time, 40hrs/week, 8 hrs/day

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00-22:00 (rotational 8 hour shifts)

Work Type: On-site, at client's offices

Join a fast-growing digital safety initiative for a global social media platform. As a content moderator, you'll play a key role in reviewing and filtering Italian-language content to ensure a safe and respectful online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review flagged user-generated content (videos, images, text)
  • Enforce community guidelines and policies
  • Assess reports and take appropriate moderation actions
  • Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior teams
  • Achieve productivity and accuracy KPIs

Requirements:

  • Native or C2-level Italian
  • B2 level English
  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
  • EU citizenship, valid residence card, or Portuguese work visa
