En tant que Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion efficace des opérations financières et administratives, en soutenant le marché francophone.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gérer et traiter les commandes et factures clients avec précision et rapidité.
  • Assurer la facturation, les paiements et les recouvrements conformément aux procédures internes.
  • Communiquer avec les clients francophones pour résoudre les écarts de paiement et les problèmes de compte.
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et aux rapports financiers.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir lefficacité du processus Order-to-Cash.

Votre profil

  • Maîtrise du français (C1/C2) et bon niveau danglais.
  • Diplôme en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (souhaité).
  • Excellente attention aux détails et esprit analytique.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
