Locatie: Athene, Griekenland Werkvorm: Op afstand Werktijden: 8 uur per dag, 5 werkdagen per week

Deze functie past bij iemand die stabiel, goed georganiseerd werk in Athene wil, waarbij Nederlandstalige klanten worden geholpen. Startdatum: 19 oktober 2026.

U behandelt dagelijkse verzoeken van begin tot eind en schakelt alleen door wanneer dat echt nodig is. Het grootste deel van uw dag gaat op aan luisteren, het probleem begrijpen en de volgende stap uitleggen.

Uw taken:

  • Gebruik interne kennisartikelen om antwoorden te controleren voordat u reageert
  • Stapsgewijze oplossingen uitleggen in duidelijke, eenvoudige taal
  • Vragen beantwoorden over producten, bestellingen en accounts
  • Volg open dossiers op, zodat klanten niet hoeven te wachten

Vereisten:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels voor interne tools en schriftelijke documentatie
  • Basisvaardigheden op computergebied en vertrouwen in webgebaseerde tools
  • Bereid om snel nieuwe interne systemen te leren gebruiken
  • Bereidheid om te werken volgens het ploegenschema van het team
  • Een rustige werkplek en een betrouwbare internetverbinding voor thuiswerken
  • Gerechtigd om in Griekenland te werken (EU-burgerschap, een geldige werkvergunning of een bewijs van vluchtelingenbescherming)
