U werkt via telefoon, e-mail en chat, dus flexibiliteit hoort bij de functie. Het team meet succes aan hoe goed klanten zich geholpen voelen, niet alleen aan hoe snel een dossier wordt gesloten.

Uw taken:

  • Volg uw eigen kwaliteitsscores en gebruik de feedback
  • Voldoe aan de kwaliteits- en reactienormen die het team stelt
  • Los dagelijkse problemen op zonder onnodige doorverbindingen
  • Vragen beantwoorden over producten, bestellingen en accounts

Vereisten:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels voor interne tools en schriftelijke documentatie
  • Geduld en een behulpzame houding, ook in moeilijke gesprekken
  • Bereidheid om te werken volgens het ploegenschema van het team
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurige administratie
  • Een rustige werkplek en een betrouwbare internetverbinding voor thuiswerken
  • Gerechtigd om in Griekenland te werken (EU-burgerschap, een geldige werkvergunning of een bewijs van vluchtelingenbescherming)
