Dina arbetsuppgifter:

  • Förklara lösningar steg för steg på ett tydligt och enkelt språk
  • Stötta nya kollegor genom att dela praktiska tips från dina ärenden
  • Föreslå förbättringar som minskar antalet återkommande kontakter
  • Känn igen när ett ärende behöver eskaleras och lämna över det med fullständiga anteckningar

Krav:

  • Flytande svenska
  • Goda engelskakunskaper för interna verktyg och skriftlig dokumentation
  • Du lär dig nya interna system snabbt och tycker om det
  • Tålamod och ett hjälpsamt bemötande, även i svåra samtal
  • Vilja att arbeta enligt teamets schemalagda skiftmönster
  • Behörig att arbeta i Grekland (EU-medborgarskap, giltigt arbetstillstånd eller ett intyg om skydd för flyktingar)
