Cross Border Talents is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to support businesses in optimizing their digital marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Expert Representative, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to advertisers and agencies, ensuring they achieve their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing clients (advertisers and agencies) via phone, email, and chat to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored advertising solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients to grow their advertising revenue.
  • Offer consultative sales guidance to maximize client success with advertising products.
  • Research market trends and business models to better understand client needs.
  • Provide expert recommendations on ad performance optimization.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and data insights to drive client success.
  • Champion client success stories and provide valuable feedback to improve advertising solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Passion for online advertising and digital marketing.
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
