The posting

Cross Border Talents is seeking European Portuguese speakers to support a major airlines customer service team in Lisbon. Join a multicultural, fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.

Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Start Date: 5 June and July 3, 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months, renewable

Your Role:

Become part of the support team for a reputable airline, assisting passengers with reservations, policies, and travel-related inquiries.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00
  • Rotative shifts
  • Days off: 2 rotative days

Requirements:

  • Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English, written and spoken
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Availability for rotating shifts and on-site work in Lisbon
  • EU ID or a valid residence card for Portugal
