The posting

Cross Border Talents is looking for European Portuguese speakers ready to join our client's team supporting customers of a globally renowned jewellery brand!

Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Start Date: 5 June 2025 Contract Type: CDD 6 months, renewable

Your Role: Join the customer care team of a renowned jewelry brand, where you will provide assistance and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements:

  • Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required
  • High school graduation diploma
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00
  • Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day
