Cross Border Talents is recruiting European Portuguese speakers for a Lisbon-based customer service role in a dynamic web solutions company. Tech-savvy candidates are welcome!



Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Start Date: 5 June 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months, renewable

Your Role:

Help clients of a leading website and domain management platform by offering first-line support in a dynamic and tech-savvy environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 01:00 (rotative shifts)
  • Days off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Portuguese market focus

Requirements:

  • Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English, spoken and written
  • Interest in technology and web platforms, domains, and digital tools
  • Previous customer support or helpdesk experience is a plus
  • Availability for on-site work and evening shifts
