Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our client's team for the sportswear project and support one of the worlds leading brands!

Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria OR in a hybrid mode in Sofia.

  • Start Date: Feb 24, 2025
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts (11:00 AM -8:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Nike products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions and escalations.
  • Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Portuguese (B2 and higher, written and spoken) and English (B2+, written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools.
  • Local residency in Bulgaria is mandatory.
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Bulgaria
