Estamos a recrutar para uma posição de Representante de Aquisição de Clientes para um dos maiores conglomerados de empresas portuguesas no setor energético. Este grupo, que opera em diversas áreas como a exploração e produção de petróleo e gás natural, refinação e distribuição destes produtos, bem como a distribuição e venda de gás natural e a geração de energia elétrica, controla aproximadamente 50% da indústria de combustíveis e 100% das refinarias em Portugal.

A data de início do projeto é 4 de julho

O Trabalho

Como membro da nossa equipa, serás responsável pela gestão dos vários pedidos de clientes, tanto em espanhol como em português. As tuas tarefas podem incluir contactos de Front Office e Back Office, sempre com o objetivo de proporcionar o melhor serviço possível aos nossos clientes.

As Atividades

No teu dia a dia, as tuas atividades incluirão:

- Proporcionar um serviço profissional, eficiente e personalizado aos clientes por telefone e e-mail;

- Recolher, fazer a triagem e acompanhar os pedidos dos clientes;

- Atualizar informações e enviar relatórios diários e mensais;

- Demonstrar excelentes competências de comunicação, aproveitando todas as oportunidades para "brilhar" em cada contacto, desfrutando da interação com o cliente;

- Procurar melhorar a experiência do cliente de forma proativa e autónoma, mas também em trabalho de equipa;

- Identificar oportunidades para melhorar os processos que ajudam a aumentar a qualidade da experiência do cliente através de vários canais de comunicação (telefone e e-mail).

Requisitos

  • Nível nativo de português e espanhol C1 ou superior;
  • Autorização de residência (Portugal), ou nacionalidade de um estado-membro da UE;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos rotativos 24/7 no escritório em Lisboa.

Candidatos que se desloquem de uma distância superior a 100 km de Lisboa podem beneficiar de apartamentos partilhados pela empresa.
