The posting

Cross Border Talents is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our client's team, focusing on the Czech market. In this role, you will engage in B2B outbound sales, working with a high volume of hot leads to onboard new clients. If you have strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients using leads provided.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and onboard new clients.
  • Manage sales opportunities with persistence and a focus on results.
  • Adapt and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Work towards achieving a conversion rate of 15%, with an expected 3-5 sales per day.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication (B2 and higher, spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • ️Eligible to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit required)

Training & Onboarding:

  • A structured 10-day training program in English.
  • Training includes product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer management.
  • Successful completion of training leads to contract signing.
  • Training compensation is provided upon successful completion.
