Nous recherchons des locuteurs natifs de français motivés pour rejoindre une équipe internationale basée à Lisbonne.

Aucun niveau d’anglais n’est requis — la seule exigence linguistique est un français natif ou équivalent.

Responsabilités

  • Fournir une assistance aux clients en français (téléphone, e-mail ou chat).
  • Résoudre des problèmes techniques ou liés aux services.
  • Assurer une expérience client positive à chaque interaction.
  • Enregistrer les informations dans le système et suivre les dossiers.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes lorsque nécessaire.

Exigences

  • Français natif ou niveau C2 (obligatoire)
  • Aucun niveau d’anglais requis
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site à Lisbonne
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et envie d’apprendre
  • Être légalement autorisé à travailler au Portugal
