Nous recherchons un Spécialiste Support Client francophone pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Porto. Votre rôle principal sera d'assister nos clients et de leur offrir un service de qualité via téléphone, email et chat.

Missions principales :

  • Gérer les demandes des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace.
  • Résoudre les questions et problèmes en garantissant la satisfaction client.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer un service optimal.
  • Documenter les échanges clients dans nos outils internes.

Profil recherché :

  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Autorisation légale de travailler au Portugal (citoyenneté européenne ou carte de résidence portugaise).
  • Sens du service client et bonnes compétences en communication.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à résoudre des problèmes rapidement.
