The posting

Are you a native-level Spanish speaker who enjoys solving problems and helping people when it matters most? Join a dynamic customer experience team supporting drivers of a world-renowned luxury automotive brand. As a Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email. You'll handle everything from roadside assistance to connected-car app support and general service inquiries, often in high-pressure situations where calm and empathy make all the difference.

What you'll do

  • Handle 30–50 incoming calls and emails daily as frontline support
  • Provide roadside assistance (breakdown and recovery), following strict safety guidelines
  • Collect key case details: license plate, customer and vehicle data, GPS location
  • Support customers with the brand's connected mobility app and digital services, such as login issues, account activation, digital extras and online appointment booking
  • Troubleshoot app and digital service issues, escalating complex cases to the back-office team
  • Answer first-line questions on warranty, maintenance appointments, dealerships, workshop complaints and technical documentation
  • Guide customers on vehicle services, packages and features

What we're looking for

  • C1 Spanish and B2 English (English used for training and operations)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with solid problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Good PC skills, plus basic navigation of Android and iOS
  • Ability to guide customers through basic connectivity steps, such as setting up a hotspot
  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM with 85% accuracy
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (operations run 24/7, 365 days a year)
  • Nice to have: previous call center or customer service experience, a driver's license, and good geographical knowledge
