Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon, Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Client: Major BPO client Languages: Native-level Spanish Relocation: Candidates currently living outside Portugal are welcome to apply!

About the Role

Are you a native-level Spanish speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity in Portugal? Join an international team in Lisbon and work with a major BPO client, delivering excellent customer service and support to Italian-speaking customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with questions, requests, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow company procedures and client guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with an international team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish(mandatory).
  • B2 level of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, if currently living abroad.
