Are you passionate about maintaining safe online spaces? Were hiring a Hebrew speakers to work as Trust & Safety Operations Associate to join our client's dynamic team in Riga. This is a non-customer-facing, back-office role focused on identifying risks and ensuring policy compliance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process trust and safety cases using internal tools
  • Investigate issues related to online content and behaviors
  • Achieve quality benchmarks while supporting wider business goals
  • Contribute to a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

  • Native/fluent Hebrew, strong English skills (B2 and higher)
  • Analytical mindset with excellent computer literacy
  • Experience in administration or digital platforms preferred
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Residence permit in Latvia with full time work option or EU passport/ID
