Budujeme slovensky hovoriaci tím v Atény a hľadáme ľudí, ktorí radi pomáhajú iným. Dátum nástupu: 12 október 2026.

Kolegovia často zdieľajú tipy a postupy, takže nikdy nepracujete na náročnom prípade sami. Väčšinu dňa strávite počúvaním, pochopením problému a vysvetľovaním ďalšieho kroku.

Vaše povinnosti:

  • Sledujete otvorené prípady, aby zákazníci nemuseli čakať
  • Navrhujete zlepšenia, ktoré znížia počet opakovaných kontaktov
  • Rozpoznáte, kedy je potrebné prípad eskalovať, a odovzdáte ho s úplnými poznámkami
  • Každé riešenie potvrdíte so zákazníkom pred uzavretím prípadu

Požiadavky:

  • Plynulá slovenčina
  • Good English pre interné nástroje a písomnú dokumentáciu
  • Predchádzajúca skúsenosť s prácou so zákazníkmi je výhodou, nie však podmienkou
  • Pozornosť k detailom a presné vedenie záznamov
  • Jasná, profesionálna písomná a ústna komunikácia
  • Tichý pracovný priestor a spoľahlivé internetové pripojenie na prácu na diaľku
  • Oprávnenie na prácu v Grécku (občianstvo EÚ, platné povolenie na prácu alebo potvrdenie o ochrane pre utečencov)
