Defect Identification and Tracking: Document testing defects clearly, including scenario details, evidence, expected results, actual results, business impact, and retest outcomes in the appropriate project tracking tools. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with functional consultants, IT, project managers, business SMEs, and production billing leaders to resolve testing issues and support business sign-off activities. Process Documentation: Assist with documenting future-state billing processes, job aids, testing evidence, issue-resolution notes, and business readiness materials for the production Billing organization. Reporting and Status Updates: Provide timely updates on assigned testing activities, risks, open defects, retesting progress, and business readiness concerns. All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field is desired. 2+ years of billing, revenue operations, ERP, finance operations, project accounting, staffing operations, or related business process experience is desired. 2-5 years’ experience supporting UAT, Parallel Testing, system implementation, billing validation, or operational readiness activities required. Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, PPM, Contracts, or Project Billing exposure is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with testing trackers, issue logs, shared files, and project management tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate business issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional organization, diligence, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple testing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
