  • Validate the existence of assets and prepare associated roll forwards
  • Review and oversee balance sheet reconciliations (intercompany, inventory, cash, prepaids, etc.)
  • Support various aspects of accounting compliance, including tax forms, sales tax exemptions, 1099s, etc., while contributing to the preparation of financial statements and development of internal controls and policies
  • Oversee preparation of budgets or forecasts and develop reports for management or regulatory bodies
  • Guide the implementation of cloud-based finance and accounting systems
  • Manage and review journal entries, invoices, and reconciliation of accounts during monthly or annual closings

  • Conduct IPO-readiness assessments and assist clients in preparation for a public offering (via Form S-1 or F-1)
  • Advise clients on complex accounting standards (US GAAP and/or IFRS), including revenue recognition, lease accounting, derivatives, business combinations, and consolidation
  • Oversee and improve financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, data analysis)
  • Review monthly internal financial reporting packs and monthly regulatory reporting
  • Liaise with business units outside of accounting to integrate business operations

  • Partner with IT teams to integrate financial systems during acquisitions
  • Transform finance and/or accounting functions, including accounting and operational process improvements, integration support, target operating model decisions, and RBA/Data Analytics
  • Responsible for account leadership and financial management of multiple accounts and sustained relationships with senior client executives
  • Assist with complex transactions, technical accounting standard and policy implementations, and operational accounting engagements
  • Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, fee negotiations, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases
  • Build and grow high-level relationships and networks with clients across the West Coast market
  • Generate sustainable, repeatable revenue through new clients and growth at existing clients
  • Develop timely resolutions to issues, risks, and project team conflicts
  • Manage the full life cycle of proposals from development to deal closure
  • Develop delivery methodologies and new service offerings
  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
  • Act as role model, supervisor, coach, and mentor to team members
  • Ensure staffing and recruiting needs are met across clients and the West Coast market

What You'll Bring:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
