Job Description:

Resumen del Puesto:**

Operar y mantener los hornos de fundicion de vidrio y equipos auxiliares para garantizar una producción eficiente y segura de materiales, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:**

* Operar los hornos de fundicion según los procedimientos operativos estándar y las especificaciones de producción. * Monitorear los parámetros del horno, incluyendo temperatura, presión y composición de la atmósfera, ajustándolos según sea necesario. * Cargar y descargar materiales de los hornos de manera segura y eficiente. * Realizar inspecciones de rutina y mantenimiento preventivo menor de los hornos y equipos asociados. * Identificar y reportar cualquier mal funcionamiento o problema con el equipo. * Mantener registros precisos de las operaciones del horno, incluyendo el uso de materiales y los datos de producción. * Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, incluyendo el uso de equipo de protección personal (EPP). * Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar un flujo de trabajo continuo y la resolución de problemas. * Participar en programas de capacitación y desarrollo para mejorar las habilidades y conocimientos.
